OWNERSHIP POLICY

Sandesh prawah is owned by SANDESH PRAWAH MEDIA PVT.LTD located at Kathmandu-14 Kalanki, Kathmandu, Nepal registered with the Office of the Company Registrar under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies on,11 July 2021 pursuant to Sub-Section (1) of Section 5 of the Companies Act, 2006 with the registration number 234389. The company is also registered with the Press Council Nepal on december 11, 2021 (Dispatch No. 511/078/079). It has obtained Business Registration Certificate from the Office of the Municipal Executive, Kathmandu Metropolitan City on November 15, 2020. Sandesh prawah, currently a digital media in Nepali languages, owned by sandsh prawah, has been registered at the Department of Information with registration number 3429/079-80 on april, 2022. It is a well-funded and well-managed media company in Nepal which has expanded and established itself as one of the most popular news platforms in Nepal.

With its unwavering commitment to provide standard journalism with quality content, it has become a self-sustained media organization in a very short period. After gaining wide popularity and sustainability of Sandesh prawah digital news portal, sandesh prawah is expanding its media services and is currently waiting to obtain license to operate a satellite television channel in Nepal.
